Utility Maintenance Worker

Rockbridge County Public Service Authority is searching for a Utility Maintenance Worker. This position performs skilled trades work in the installation, construction, repair, and maintenance of water and sewer lines and appurtenances, reading water meters, connecting and disconnecting service, and related work as apparent or assigned. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED. Possession of or ability to obtain a valid Class A commercial driver's license issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia and a Basic Work Zone certification within six months of employment. Starting salary is $32,195. RCPSA offers a competitive benefits package including paid holidays/vacation/sick leave and participation in the Virginia Retirement System.
